At Pollyanna Richter Weddings, we’ll meticulously tailor our pricing to match the unique requirements of your dream wedding. However, as a general guideline, we suggest allocating 10% - 15% of your budget to your full-service wedding planning and design services.
Your wedding budget is influenced by location, date & time, style, overall design, guest count, and the finer details like food & beverage selection, rentals, floral design, entertainment, stationery, and more.
Based on our experience in the Atlanta Market, a typical wedding for 100 guests has a starting budget of $75,000. It's important to note that the final cost is shaped by your selections, with some couples spending a bit less and others investing significantly more in creating their perfect day.
At Pollyanna Richter Weddings, we consider every significant element for you. With our extensive wedding planning and finance background, we'll meticulously draft an initial projection of cost, ensuring an unparalleled experience for you and your guests.
Whether you're embarking on your wedding journey with boundless financial freedom or have a predetermined budget in mind, we're here for you. We aim to plan and design your dream wedding, infusing every moment with elegant touches that elevate the experience above the ordinary.
No matter the resources available, we promise to make the best use of your budget, bringing magic and joy to your wedding day.
Your vision, your budget—let's make it extraordinary together.
In all of our wedding planning services, whether it's full planning or partial planning, day-of coordination service is included. However, please note that we do not offer day-of coordination as a standalone service. This service goes beyond a last-minute effort; it's a meticulous process requiring weeks of preparation to ensure every element of the wedding unfolds seamlessly. Contrary to its name, day-of coordination is not accomplished in a single day. We believe in a thoughtful approach to guarantee the success of your special day.

Wedding Planner vs. Wedding Designer:
The roles of a wedding planner and a wedding designer may seem interchangeable, yet each brings a distinct set of skills to the table.
The Wedding Planner: Your Logistics Expert and Advocate
A wedding planner operates as the logistics expert and advocate for your wedding, focusing on every detail for flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:
1 - Wedding Coordination:
Crafting detailed timelines.
Manage and Liaise with vendors for smooth execution on the wedding day.
Quick thinking in troubleshooting for seamless celebrations.
Prioritize guests’ welcome, comfort, and satisfaction.
2 - Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation:
Utilizing extensive industry networks for top-tier vendor recommendations.
Negotiating contracts and aligning elements with your expectations and your best interest.
3 - Projection of Costs and Budget Management:
Creating a spending plan that allows you to make buying decisions more transparent and strategically.
Guiding efficient budget allocation and financial advocacy.
The Wedding Designer: Visual Creator
In contrast, a wedding designer is the creative force behind the visual aspects of your wedding, translating dreams into tangible, awe-inspiring realities. Their role encompasses:
Cohesive Aesthetics and Decor Experts:
Curating visual elements, including floral arrangements, tablescapes, floor plans, lighting, and more.
Working closely with couples to tailor creative concepts reflecting their unique love story and taste.
Collaborating with top-tier vendors to ensure consistent incorporation of the chosen aesthetic into every element of the wedding.
Creating mood boards and photorealistic 3D renderings to present the visuals of your dream wedding.
While wedding planners excel in the logistics and execution of your detailed wedding planning and coordination, such as vendor recommendation and management, problem-solving, and financial advocacy, wedding designers specialize in creating an artistic vision and cohesive aesthetics tailored to the couple's unique style and preferences.
Both roles are crucial for a well-executed and aesthetically pleasing wedding celebration.
